Heating in Rental Homes

Hello everyone!

Are you ready for the new Healthy Home heating standard??

As the requirements for the heating is kicking in soon, it is time for us to discuss how we can make sure all the rental properties meet this standard. The expense on the landlord to is not  very welcomed, however there are benefits of keeping the house from mould/dampness damage over time.

The tenants will be happy in a healthy home and may even wish to extend the contract !

When do the landlord need to act ?

As you still remember how the insulation date approached and there were not enough material nation wide, I can imagine that the stock of heating equipment will just not be enough left or even the high demands could lead the price to go up!! My advice is to secure the heating soon as you can.
